Meet Joel Sigel

Joel graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2007. He completed his internship at Disney World and later worked at a 5-star steakhouse in Snowmass Village, CO. As a Chef, he has prepared meals for numerous celebrities including Joe Walsh and Gabriel Iglesias. Joel has held Chef positions at a country club, casino, and the Peoria Civic Center. Following that, he served as the Director of Operations for a pizza chain.

He is currently the Food and Beverage Director for the Joliet Slammers Baseball Club where he has developed the best food program in the Frontier League.

Joel is a strong advocate for supporting the local community. He has been married since 2010 and enjoys spending time with his four children.
